Almost half or 49% of the applicable respondents in the survey said that the fear of failure was the biggest roadblock for them to pursue their goals. 

One thing is for sure; your fear will lead you to failure. The fear of failure is immobilizing and seizes progress and opportunities. It stops people from attempting to reach their goals.
